If you decide to get jabbed with a vaccine for the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) once one becomes available, just know that you will be doing so exclusively at your own risk.
According to a senior executive from AstraZeneca, one of the vaccine manufacturers currently developing a Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) jab, the company was recently granted blanket immunity protection against all future product liability claims.
What this means is that those who get vaccinated are completely on their own should they develop a serious side effect or die. AstraZeneca’s only job is to create and distribute the shot, in other words – the rest is on you.
“This is a unique situation where we as a company simply cannot take the risk if in … four years the vaccine is showing side effects,” admitted Ruud Dobber, a member of AstraZeneca’s senior executive team.
“In the contracts we have in place, we are asking for indemnification. For most countries it is acceptable to take that risk on their shoulders because it is in their national interest,” he added.
Currently, there are about 25 pharmaceutical companies racing to produce Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines. Hundreds of millions of these vaccines could be ready as soon as late 2020, with many more arriving in 2021.
While Dobber did not indicate which countries are going to be releasing its liability-free vaccines, we know that the United States is one of them.
Thanks to the 2005 Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act, also known as the PREP Act, products that are designated as necessary to address a public health crisis are already excluded from tort claims.
In the European Union (EU), officials are reportedly working on how to release Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines from companies like Pfizer, Sanofi, and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) that come with no liability to their manufacturers.
AstraZeneca alone is planning to produce more than two billion doses of its Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine at “no profit.” These vaccines will be distributed in the U.S., Great Britain, and various other European countries.
While competitors such as GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) are reportedly still in the process of negotiating prices for their finished products, contingent upon their approval, AstraZeneca has already secured government backing for its production and development efforts.
To improve transparency, AstraZeneca has also agreed to procure all of its financials directly to the federal government, which will act as an auditor throughout this process to supposedly ensure that AstraZeneca does not cheat in stealing profits.
“There are very clear milestones before they are going to pay,” Dobber indicated about the government’s stipulations concerning the $1.2 billion deal.
“Because we made the promise to manufacture the vaccine at no profit, auditors of the U.S. administration will get free access to our accounting books.”
While this may sound like a positive thing, the truth is that AstraZeneca and other drug companies are being incentivized not to properly safety test their products due to the fact that they can never be held liable for them regardless of the outcome.
We have already seen with Moderna’s trials that these Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines barely work, if at all, and are hurting participants left and right. And yet Big Pharma at large is forging on to get them “done” as quickly possible in order to receive its payout.
“Long-term trials are being completely skipped,” warns Mike Adams, the Health Ranger. “Animals trials have been largely abandoned.”
“Due process has just been obliterated. You have no right to any trial. You have no right to say no. You must comply or lose your job, and you might in fact be denied access to public transportation or even public shopping spaces,” he adds about what could happen for people who refuse these “voluntary” vaccines.
