In Texas, it is a crime to perform genital or other bodily mutilations on children, as state law defines transgender “affirmation” procedures as child abuse. And it appears as though Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin has broken the law in this regard.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton recently announced that his office has launched an investigation into Dell Children’s Medical Center, which “unlawfully performed on minor children” gender transitioning procedures that are both profoundly violative of a children’s body and prohibited in the Lone Star State.
“I am launching an investigation into Dell Children’s Medical Center regarding gender transitioning of minors,” Paxton tweeted about the matter. “Gender transitioning minors is child abuse, and child abuse will not be tolerated.”
In a separate press release, Paxton fired warning shots against the transgender lobby in Texas and elsewhere, stating that these child mutilators feel as though they are above the law and do not have to obey it.
“It is now alarmingly common for fringe activists to use their positions in medicine and health care to force experimental, life-altering procedures onto children,” Paxton said, making reference to “woke” doctors, surgeons, and other medical workers who embrace child mutilation as normal and well.
“Across the country, there are doctors and health care professionals who appear willing to sacrifice the long-term health of American children, all in service to the increasingly dangerous fad of ‘transgender’ extremism. It is deeply disturbing, and there is no place for it in Texas. Along these lines, there have been a number of recent reports about potentially illegal activity at Dell Children’s Medical Center, and this investigation aims to uncover the truth.”

Akin to the Tide Pod challenge from a few years back, transgender mutilation is one of the latest trends being pushed on children via social media platforms like TikTok, which is Chinese-owned and one of the worst offenders.
All over TikTok, so-called “influencers,” some of them trans-identifying themselves, are brainwashing young children, many of them underage minors and even pre-pubescent children, into believing that if a boy likes the color pink, or if a girl likes to play sports, then this means they were born into the wrong bodies and must take gender-bender pharmaceuticals and have their private parts removed or altered in order to become their “true selves.”
Some of these influencers also claim to be health care workers, some of whom are actually actively grooming underage children via TikTok into seeking out artificial hormones and dangerous surgical procedures, which are then allegedly conducted illegally at corrupt institutions like Dell Children’s Medical Center.
Paxton served Dell Children’s Medical Center with a Request to Examine, or RTE, the purpose of which is to seek out information regarding reported misconduct. Clandestine video captured by Project Veritas depicts what appears to be illicit behavior taking place at the medical facility, which was then relayed to Paxton’s office.
“Veritas released a series focused on the practices of gender transition clinics in the U.S.,” Project Veritas tweeted. “Medical professionals appear to say that they are giving kids as young as 8 years old, life-altering puberty blockers, and cross-sex hormones for children as young as 14-years-old.”
According to Dell Children’s Medical Center, “they don’t engage in these abusive practices.” A statement from the facility added that it “prohibits surgery and prescribing hormone therapy, including puberty blockers, for the treatment of gender dysphoria in children and adolescents.”
