Following a months-long investigation into Canada’s response to the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19), the citizen-led group National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) has released a final report on the matter that implicates the Justin Trudeau regime for crimes against humanity.
NCI, which is citizen-funded and receives no funding or support from the government, examined the conduct of all levels of the Canadian government’s response to COVID, including at the federal, provincial and municipal levels. Four commissioners led the investigation.
Over 24 days of hearings held in eight cities between March and May of 2023, NCI heard testimony from 305 witnesses and 94 experts. This produced an interim report back in September that focused on the regulatory approval process and safety of COVID “vaccine” injections, followed by a final report that was released on November 28.
The full 5,324-page document contains a thorough breakdown of all the proceedings and evidence in the investigation. There is also a Volume 1 and 2 of the report, called “Analysis & Conclusions,” that is shorter at just 636 pages in length, with details about the public hearings beginning on page 96.

All in all, about 300 members of the public testified at the hearings, including representatives from all levels of government across Canada. Subpoenas were sent to 63 members of government, including regulators and other authorities, but not a single one of them made an appearance.
“As a result of the lack of government representation at the hearings, and to properly represent the government position on various topics, sworn affidavits obtained from various court proceedings involving key government witnesses were read into the record,” the report explains.
“It was this sworn evidence attesting to the actions taken, press releases, statements of policy and news articles from mainstream media that were utilized to represent the government position.”
Because NCI is a citizen-led operation, it does not have any actual power to compel government witnesses to appear, even through judicial subpoenas. This is why none of them decided to come – because they are soulless automatons who get away with anything they can get away with due to government privilege.
“Today is a historic day,” said NCI lead counsel Shawn Buckley in a video unveiling the final report. “We are making history.”
“Never before have citizens banded together in such a formal, comprehensive and fair way to inquire into the actions of their governments.”
Buckley goes on in the video clip to break down all the places where he and his team traveled across Canada to compile their report.
“We have created the largest and most robust record of the covid experience in the world,” he said, adding, “and we did this in a climate of fear.”
It took eight-and-a-half months of hearings before the final report was released. When the inquiry first began, much of Canada was living in extreme fear about the investigation and what it might entail for their future.
“We would do ourselves a disservice as this report is released if we do not recall what came before, and the context and the climate of fear in which the National Citizens Inquiry hearings took place,” Buckley said.
“Beginning in the spring of 2020, we were plunged into a culture of fear which threw the entire nation into a panic. Many believed that there was a dangerous virus that posed a mortal threat to them and their loved ones. Others saw the country become a police state.”
